A Laboratory Personal Touch

We live in an age where some dental laboratory work is sent half way round the world to be processed. Even if a laboratory is a few miles from a practice it’s not unusual for technician and dentists to have a vague and distant relationship. I know that some laboratory owners say that they only hear from their dentist clients when things go wrong and that they often feel in the dark about what goes on in the surgery.

I was visiting Sheffield last week and dropped in to see Neal and Matt from S4S Dental Laboratory in their splendid facility and it was refreshing to see that they are actively seeking feedback from their clients and letting the clients know who it was that had made the appliance that they were fitting.

It’s the small things that make a huge difference and it’s no wonder that S4S are doing so well.
